Job Title:
Chrome Wash Plant Manager

Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage the daily operations of the chrome wash plant, ensuring optimal production efficiency, quality, cost control, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all wash plant operations, including crushing, screening, and beneficiation processes.
Ensure production targets and recovery rates are achieved.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee maintenance planning and execution.
Manage and lead plant personnel.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Control operational costs.
Coordinate with geology, mining, and logistics teams.
Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
Implement quality control measures.
Manage contractor performance.
Drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, or related field.
8-10 years of experience in mineral processing, with 3-5 years in a managerial role in a chrome wash plant.
Strong knowledge of chrome beneficiation processes.
Experience in plant optimization and cost control.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.
